Terms to your Payment: 

Espadas Brazilian Catering requires a 30% security deposit based on the Total cost agreed to in your 
contract. Deposit must be made within the time frame provided by Espadas Brazilian Catering, if this is not met 
your contract will be terminated. Any changes made to your contract must be done two weeks prior to your 
agreed event date. This may require a second security deposit based on the changes being added to your contract.  
If you would like to terminate your contract this must be done thirty days before your dated event. Once 
cancellation has been approved you will be 100% refunded and no penalties will be applied. If you cancel your 
contract between the thirty days before your event Espadas Brazilian Catering will no longer refund your deposit.  

Terms to your service: 
Espadas Brazilian Catering is responsible for providing an excellent serving experience the to amount of 
people agreed to in your contract only. If more guest arrive past the quantity agreed to in your contract Espadas 
Brazilian Catering does not guarantee that we will have the people, utensils, or food in order provide a good 
serving experience for any extra guests. Espadas Brazilian Catering will proceed to stop service or continue to serve 
extra guests based on what has been agreed on by customer and Espadas Brazilian Catering.   
Espadas Brazilian Catering will charge for every guest served past the quantity agreed to in your contract. 
Espadas Brazilian Catering is not responsible for refunding your money on any occasion where guests don’t arrive 
to your event. If your party is shorter than the agreed to quantity, Espadas Brazilian Catering will provide you with 
an approximate number of food capable of feeding the quantity of guest who did not arrive. 
Espadas Brazilian Catering is only required to serve between the time period agreed to in your contract. In 
the occasion where guests arrive past this time period and it has been communicated to continue serving, Espadas 
Brazilian Catering will charge an overtime serving fee.  

Espadas Brazilian Catering will require an open space located outside due to the equipment we must use 
in order to cook our meats. Meats are cooked using equipment which can be a fire hazard if placed in any inside 
premises. In the occasion where this requirement isn’t met, Espadas Brazilian Catering will communicate with the 
customer on other experience options we can provide.  

Health & Safety: 
Espadas Brazilian Catering is not responsible for any of the food that gets consumed after the service has 
been provided, as it is outside the temperatures required by consumer’s state health. In the exception where your 
contract states that your food will already arrive 100% cooked instead of being cooked at the location, Espadas 
Brazilian Catering will provide a time period in which you should consume the food. Any food consumed past this 
time period will no longer be a responsibility for Espadas Brazilian Catering. 
Espadas Brazilian Catering works with equipment only our team member experts can handle. Espadas 
Brazilian Catering is not responsible for anyone who chooses to interact with this equipment without our 
permission. These injuries can include cuts, burns, skin & eye irritation, hair damage, broken bones, back damage, 
etc. We ask that guest be very cautious with children, as they can sometime roam around unaware of the injuries 
they can face.  

Bad Weather & Emergency Delays: 
Espadas Brazilian Catering will not be held accountable for any delays in the occasion where an 
emergency is brought upon. An example of these emergencies can be Motor Vehicle issues, Equipment damage, 
physical Health Issues, etc. If any Delays take place on the day of your event you will be informed within a 
reasonable time period by one of our team members. In the scenario of Bad Weather taking place, if it is no longer 
safe for Espadas Brazilian Catering to serve, we can delay or cancel your event as the safety of our team members 
comes first.
