Terms to your Payment:

Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering requires a 30% security deposit based on the total cost agreed to in your contract in order to secure your event date. If you cancel your event contract, Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering will no longer refund your deposit. Your deposit will remain as a credit with Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering. You can reschedule or use your deposit towards your next event. Thirty (30)  days prior to the event date, the customer will not be allowed to request any changes to their catering. Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering will require the full payment agreed to in your contract paid off 8  days prior to your event date.

Card payment will be taxed 8.25% from your total cost. We do offer a Cash Discount if customers would like to avoid paying a 3.99% card fee. 

 

Terms to your Service:

Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering is responsible for providing an excellent serving experience to the amount of people agreed to in your contract only. You are welcome to add additional guests to your event; however, you may not reduce the guest count below the amount agreed to in the contract. If more guests arrive past the quantity agreed to in your contract Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering does not guarantee that we will have the people, utensils, or food in order to provide a good serving experience for any extra guests. Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering will proceed to stop service or continue to serve extra guests based on what has been agreed on by customer and Espadas Brazilian Catering.

 

Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering will charge for every guest served past the quantity agreed to in your contract. Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering is not responsible for refunding your money on any occasion where guests don’t arrive at your event. If your party is shorter than the agreed quantity, Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering will provide you with an approximate number of food capable of feeding the quantity of guests who did not arrive.

 

Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering is only required to serve between the time period agreed to in your contract. In the occasion where guests arrive past this time period and it has been communicated to continue serving, Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering will charge an overtime service fee. 

 

Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering will require an open space located outside of the venue due to the equipment that is required to use in order to cook our meats. Meats are cooked using equipment which can be a fire hazard if placed inside any premises. During the service, we will need to keep the doors we access open for our use; this will only be necessary for full-service catering events. In the event where these requirements aren't met, Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering will not be able to provide you with the full experience.

 

Health & Safety:

Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering  is not responsible for any of the food that gets consumed after the service has been provided, as it is outside the temperatures required by the consumer's state of health. In the exception where your contract states that your food will already arrive 100% cooked instead of being cooked at the location, there will be a 2 hour time period in which customers will be able to consume the food that is delivered to them . Any food consumed past this time period will no longer be a responsibility for Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering

 

Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering works with equipment only our team member experts can handle. Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering is not responsible for anyone who chooses to interact with this equipment without our permission. These injuries can include cuts, burns, skin & eye irritation, hair damage, broken bones, back damage, etc. We ask that guests be very cautious with children, as they can sometimes roam around unaware of the injuries they can face. 

 

Bad Weather & Emergency Delays:

Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering will not be held accountable for any delays in the occasion where an emergency is brought upon. An example of these emergencies can be Motor Vehicle issues, Equipment damage, physical Health Issues, etc. If any Delays take place on the day of your event you will be informed within a reasonable time period by one of our team members. In the scenario of Bad Weather taking place, if it is no longer safe for Espadas Brazilian Steakhouse & Catering to serve, we can delay or cancel your event as the safety of our team members comes first.
