How Our Story Began
Raul and Joaquin’s interest in creating delicious meals started by watching their parents cook and sell tacos on the bustling streets of Rincón de Tamayo, a small town in the Mexican state of Guanajuato.
As young teenagers, the brothers decided to come to US in search of something more. They worked in restaurants of many cuisines, including Mexican, Italian, and Brazilian. They spent 20 years working a churrascaria, mastering the traditional Brazilian cuisine.
Espadas Brazilian Catering
Raul and Joaquin wanted to share this unique dining experience with more people and create a way for them to enjoy it in their homes and at events. Thus, Espadas was born.
Though they are originally from Mexico, Raul and Joaquin spent over half their lives learning how to make Brazilian food. They want to bring the authentic churrasco experience to you and your guests.
